Refund Policy

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method when prepaid. Cash on Delivery refunds are issued by the method confirmed by customer care (bank or mobile wallet), after quality check. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and is not instant. Delivery-failed or cancelled orders are handled according to the order status recorded in Admin. This refund policy is a professional Yellow Posh baseline for Admin legal review.
